Were looking for a digitally minded Graphic Designer to join our friendly and experienced Marketing team on a permanent basis as we take on exciting new projects and continue to develop our visual brand.
The Design team works in partnership with all areas of the business to deliver the growth objectives of the firm. Our work includes the creation of designed material and promotional content, and management of our social media channels to improve brand awareness, consistency and coherence.
Reporting directly in to the Design Lead, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of work, typically including the production of digital design assets like corporate literature, advertisements, newsletters and presentations.
This is a full-time position based from our Birmingham office and will be worked under our flexible-working 'WorkSmart' framework where you will have the option to share your time between the office and home.
As part of the team, youll be responsible for successfully delivering a wide range of design solutions, primarily the production of digital design assets such as interactive brochures, online advertisements, email newsletters, social content and webpages. This would all be underpinned by our visual brand, which you will need to execute consistently and confidently as part of your role.
The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to the table, be open to questioning design briefs and its essential they keep themselves abreast of current design trends in an ever-changing digital world.
