Paid Search Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join brand management at P&G as a Paid Search Media Specialist! We are looking for someone who can lead and execute pay-per-click media campaigns to deliver strong media effectiveness outcomes. You will be responsible for designing the strategy, the planning and executing the plan with the Amazon and Google PPC platforms. On top, you will work on strategic projects related to innovation in the PPC media space.


  • Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for PPC campaigns
  • Managing keyword selection and optimum bid levels using the Amazon and Google platforms
  • Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals
  • Analyze campaign performance including reports around pacing, optimization, and insights on new testing opportunities
  • Bringing innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends
  • Work together with Data Science team to enable delivering a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems

  • Mandatory Amazon PPC experience (set up, optimization & reporting) in Digital Agency / Trading Desk/ eCommerce / Start up
  • Experience managing and working with multiple stakeholders and campaigns
  • Preferable:Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies is highly appreciated
  • Attention to detail, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, analytical, innovative
