Were looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our UK team. Working alongside the Creative Services Lead, youll have operational control over the Customer Experience studio team managing briefs, resource, and work across CX, UX, UI, Service Design, Research and Content.
What youll do:
Responsible for resource management across Customer Experience. Allocating briefs based on an individuals strengths and skills.
Have an umbrella view of every job going through the department at any given time, including budget / stage / next steps / success criteria.
Bridge the gap between the areas of Business services: Customer Experience, Consultancy and Data & Analytics and maintaining a workflow structure across all departments.
Responsible for managing priorities, allocating resources and ensuring that process is adhered to at all times.
Maximising resources and time available for projects, allowing for ramp up, kick off, retros, project wrap up.
Ensure all briefs are accurate, approved and briefed into the team prior to work starting
Building effective relationships with CX Management team and stakeholders to ensure visibility of projects in flight and tentative projects/pipeline.
Long-term capacity, workforce and workflow planning for Studio Operations
Utilizing systems/data to ensure efficient planning
Being proactive and aware of project changes across the studio, keeping all departments informed and taking action if necessary.
Troubleshooting and sourcing missing details along the way if needed.
Assist Account Directors/PMs with cost estimates and timings for all new briefs/project.
Managing financial tracking and reporting, including financial retro and cascade learnings
Liaison with in-house recruitment team and build a pool of freelancers.
Look for efficiencies across the team and breadth of work, so that we can continue to accelerate

Studio Management, ideally in an agency environment
Advanced knowledge of studio/project management software, and ability to create and implement studio processes
Managing resourcing requirements across 30+ people and multiple accounts to tight deadlines
Working with Senior leads in UX, UI and content to create budget estimates
Tracking and monitor time against allocated budget
Proven leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines in a stressful environment, whilst motivating a team with a wide variety of skill sets.
Excellent problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail
Communicating, managing people and strong organisational skills
