It has created a distinctive brand identity and Harvest Energy is currently one of the fastest growing fuel brands globally.Harvest Energy operates its own forecourts in conjunction with the Londis shop offering and partner with Spar, Co-Op & Morrisons at our other branded sites. Many of our sites provide services from our retailing partners Costa, Greggs, & Subway.
Reporting to and supporting the Brand Development Manager,this position has a high degree of interaction with external contractors, head office and support departments, and this includes the CEO and Directors who are very hands on with the Retail Division. It is a varied, fast paced jobin which you will have direct contact with colleagues at all levels of the business.
Job Role
The primary function of this role is to take responsibility for the day to day coordination of Retail projects.
You'll join a fantastic group of colleagues within Retail, you will take ownership of the administrative processes and output of each project, ensuring all objectives are met within all project parameters.
The role will involve the coordination of multiple projects running simultaneously. This will include getting involved with every part of the projects lifecycle, from project initiation to completion.
The role will provide high quality, proactive and efficient administrative support to the main stakeholders; to centrally manage all project related documents. This will include both internal documents and external requirements such as ensuring that each project meets all legal requirements as well as maintaining the appropriate systems, Gant charts and project cost updates.
The role will require an acute attention to detail, ability to organise and to clearly communicate; the job holder will be the central operational point of contact for all project issues, including communication with external contractors. This will include planning meetings and provision of updates, along with recommendations for any barriers or obstacles.
