BUUK Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate new connections across the Independent Water Networks (IWNL) network. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Cardiff.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of delivering high quality customer service. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must be an excellent communicator who has good organisational skills. Experience of maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders would also be beneficial. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -

Ensure projects are progressed in line with SLA

Facilitate new site connections, liaising with water companies and onsite contacts

Read site plans and layouts, identifying and collating information for reports

  • Respond to customer enquiries and deal with escalations
  • Ensure you are always in communication with developers
  • Maintain water assess information databases, adoption records and spreadsheets
