Fraud Analyst

As a Fraud Analyst in our Risk and Compliance Team, you'll support daily monitoring activities to mitigate fraud risks. This new role is an integral part of the ClearAccept Risk and Compliance team and will report to the ClearCourse Group Risk and Compliance Director.

Youll bring your experience of fraud prevention in a financial services setting to ensure a fast start, but more importantly the appetite and energy to learn about all aspects of our teams work.

This is a permanent role based in our office in Manchester or London with the option to work remotely with occasional travel to other Group offices.

Required skills & experience:

  • 2 Years + experience in a fraud role in a payments or ecommerce
  • Analytical skills to identify and assess fraudulent transactional activity
  • Good working knowledge of Visa and MasterCard chargeback regulations and dispute processes
  • High standard of written/verbal communication
  • An understanding of AML controls and merchant compliance requirements (KYC, KYB, ID&V, PEPs and Sanctions)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
