Paralegal - Claimant Personal Injury (Hybrid role)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with MOJ and fast track matters.

A combination of office and home working will be required. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Bristol office up to 2 days a week. On the days that you are not working in the Bristol office, you will be working from home.


  • Managing own caseload of RTA cases.
  • Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system;
  • Complying with agreed service standards;
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors;
  • Dealing with administration as required.

Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience;
  • Previous experience of issuing proceedings;
  • Team player;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good attention to detail.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm
