Temporary L&D Administrator

Temporary L&D Administrator - 4 weeks contract

We are looking for a Administrator to join the Internal Training team in Lutterworth, Leicestershire!

As an Administrator you will support the team with all aspects of administration such as keeping the training management system up to date, issuing paperwork, coordinating post and ensuring all filing is compliant.

This role would be perfect for someone who is, a self-starter who loves to work as part of a team and someone who has excellent customer service and attention to detail skills.

In reward we can offer an hourly rate of £10.25 per hour and great benefits. This role is for a 4 weeks temporary contract.
Hybrid working available 2 days per week and 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities include: -
  • Assist the training team with administration in all aspects of the service process as required.
  • Maintain effective and efficient systems for all department administration processes.
  • Support the training department in the accurate processing of customer requests and applications.
  • Administration of course paperwork, registrations and distribution of certification in line with audit process and company SLA.
  • Distribution of instructor's paperwork.
  • Record and report on tier 1 customer course registration & attendance.
  • Promote our band, core values and mission statement to maintain market leading image.
  • Maintain Internal Health, Safety and corporate governance standards in accordance with Policy and promoting Health and Safety best practice with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be an ambassador for quality health and safety including the well-being of customer where required.
About you: -
  • Administration experience in an office environment.
  • Intermediate ability using MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Understands the elements of issues or situations and finds ways of resolving problems.
  • Know how to communicate effectively using company systems (e.g. email).
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, driven and excellent time keeping
