About the role
We currently have a vacancy for a part time In House Trainer. The post holder will work 3 days per week. Reporting to the Training Manager you will co-ordinate and deliver a programme of high quality training and development to ensure compliance, competency and skills of all resident facing staff. Supporting the Training Manager, you will continuously review the current training programme and design and deliver new modules as required. This is an opportunity to really engage with our wonderful staff and continue to drive the high quality of care we give our residents.
You will be required to provide knowledgeable training to others, in multiple areas including:
As this role is to cover training for all of Wellburn’s Care Homes across the North East and Yorkshire, a driving license and access to a vehicle will be essential.
Within this role car allowance will be included (pro rata).
