Role: Technical Trainer

Salary: Competitive + Company Car

Location: Lisburn

Our Technical Trainer is responsible for;

  • Coordinating, planning and delivery of technical training to all engineers within the region.
  • Supporting the training of field and workshop-based engineers within the Ireland region.
  • Continually developing the engineer’s skill level within the region, to maintain the product in the field in line with expectations.
  • Identifying skill deficiencies in the field and implement planned corrective actions.
  • Maximising the productivity of the engineering workforce by interacting with both internal staff and the manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
  • Providing feedback on regional technical issues at the monthly technical meeting with HYG.

The successful Technical Trainer will have:

  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Accredited mechanical /electrical trade technical apprentice or equivalent
  • Valid driving licence
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Excellent IT Skills
