Total People are looking to recruit a Learning Coach who will be responsible for coaching and developing learners who are undertaking apprenticeships in Level 2 and 3 Adult/Lead Adult Care Worker.
As a Learning Coach will support apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery through teaching sessions that will be run online and face to face in their workplace, reviewing apprentices progress against the learning plan. You will be required to complete guidance and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship.
You will need to have worked within a Health and Social Care environment, supporting adults within the setting and have the competencies within these roles to be able to assess the Knowledge, skills and behaviours in this standard.
You will travel across the North West and Greater Manchester visiting learners in their workplace. there will be requirements to visit our other centres in Cheshire and Greater Manchester as well.
Although working remotely you will become an integral part of the Health and Social Care delivery team.
