We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to join the Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a Lecturer in Engineering on a part time 0.6 basis.

This role is based at our Langley College campus; the centre for our main vocational and technical courses including Apprenticeships, Adult Education and HE. We deliver an innovative curriculum with superb specialist facilities including latest industry standard equipment, workshops and studios.
Lecturer in Engineering
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled and qualified professional who is passionate about their industry and the opportunities it can offer.
You will be responsible for delivering an effective teaching programme within Engineering. Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance. You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to learners’ needs, whilst monitoring and evaluating progress and practice.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the progress and achievement of their learners and be an effective communicator. You will need to hold a relevant Engineering qualification at level 3 or above and be willing to work towards, or currently hold, a teaching and assessment qualification.
