Training Lead

The Training Lead will work across the business as the lead trainer for the Edge for Health (E4H) portal, training and supporting all new E4H subscribed suppliers.

This will be a fully remote role with monthly travel to either the Wakefield or Salford office for collaborative meetings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Dealing with all suppliers IT queries and escalations, acting as the lead contact for Edge for Health (E4H).
  • Training and supporting all new E4H subscribed suppliers with catalogue optimisation.
  • Defining and maintaining your own training pipeline.
  • Working with colleagues and VS (our E4H Partner) to segment E4H subscribed/non-subscribed suppliers, monitoring and improving their service levels.
  • Collaborating with other sales support colleagues, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to bring the voice of the supplier to the wider NHS SBS business.

What youll bring:

  • Well-organised with the ability to implement a plan, structured in your day-to-day approach as well as the capability to keep yourself and colleagues on track.
  • Ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, services, relevant industry trends, and competition.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for managing reports, tracking customer usage, andmanaging own pipeline.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills to access sales reports and monitor renewal customer usage, as well as exceptional written and verbal skills when responding to customer queries and outbound sales calls / emails.
  • Excellent listener, to be able to diagnose / forward customer issues that require prompt support and to find the appropriate solution.

It would be great if you had:

  • A passion for Technology, Marketing, and the Sales process.
  • Previous experience in coaching / training others in the use of a software system would be highly advantageous, along with proof of positive outcomes.
  • Successful completion of an internal or external train the trainer course or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of NHS supplier and trust processes would be advantageous.

Salary:£25,000- £30,000 + 3% Flex Fund
