We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Technical Training Manager to join our global client within FMGC Industry. Due to continuous growth across the business, our client is looking for a Technical manager to come in implement and build a systemic training matrix to ensure all employees meet the minimal technical skills. This is a standalone role where you will lead the industrial and technical training operations for all employees across UK and Europe.
Create a one system approach of training within plant environment
Assess all employees the competency to carry out works on various types of Machinery within the FMCG
Ensure all the Health and Safety precautions are reviewed and in place at apply to all equipment
Ensure risk assessments are in place
Must have experience in the development and implementations of training
Must have experience in the creation of e-learning modules/platforms/Tutorials and learning Videos
Independent working styles
Ability to communicate at all levels and a strategy level
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
Handle multiple projects
Ability to recognize performance improvement, skills gap analysis, identify and articulate operations and tools available to help drive desire behaviour.
Ability to pitch and present in strategy and management meetings.
