Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

In this role you will be responsible for providing primary finance support to the Site Operations Manager as part of theSite Management team, through evaluating and contributing to site projects.

This includes:

  • Reporting into the UK Manufacturing Controller, you will manage afinance team of up to 6
  • Providing support to wider finance projects within UK Healthcare
  • Coordination and delivery of month end timetable in line with corporate timetable, culminating in: execution of monthly margin delivery and factory operating statement
  • Carry out monthly Balance Sheet reviews, including fixed assets, stock, accruals and prepayments to ensure that full controls are being applied and Corporate policies are being adhered to
  • Preparation and submission of Quarterly forecasts into Commercial team to support submissions process into Corporate Head office
  • Ensure site is audit ready from a financial control perspective

youve sound commercial judgement and are customer-focused. Thriving in a fast-paced, multinational environment, you:

  • Have finance management experience within an FMCG or high volume manufacturing organisation
  • Are highly analytical, using data to take fact-based views
  • A Qualified Accountant (probably CIMA; possibly ACCA)
  • Focus on controls and compliance
  • Build multi-level relationships based on mutual trust and uncompromising integrity
  • Have high standards and collaborate with suppliers to improve performance
  • Have a high attention to detail and reconcile conflicting interests imaginatively
