About the Role

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support performing a variety of secretarial, technical, and administrative functions. Some responsibilities include:

  • Regularly required to resolve complex administrative problems independently
  • Effectively manages all aspects of the ED's office
  • As directed, develops presentations for ED to deliver; conducts research, develops content, and creates effective presentation
  • Coach and manage community concierge team
  • Takes lead in recruiting and on-boarding concierge team members; assures appropriate training on standards of services practices during the orientation of new team members
  • Provides supervision and training of concierge team members; scheduling and the assignment of duties to include on call, weekend and holiday rotations
  • Build trust and accountability by frequently holding coaching conversations with concierge team members to develop, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to support team members' goals and strategies
  • Conduct stay interviews at 30, 60, and 90 days for all newly hired concierge team members
  • Practices regular Coaching Conversations with direct reports to build up and equip
  • Run and manage various reports from HRIS / payroll systems to maintain compliance with team member licensures, payroll, Relias, attendance, etc.
  • Handles highly confidential and sensitive information as appropriate
  • Schedules and coordinates travel/conference arrangements
  • Performs tasks that are diverse and advanced

To be successful in this role
  • Associate's degree in Business, Human Services or related field preferred
  • Two years of experience in business/office management is required; preferably in a long-term care, health care or service related environment
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; able to maintain confidential information
  • Must be able to develop presentations and documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
