Designation: Assistant Manager - People Connect
Role: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Responsibilities
1. Understanding the requirement of role and possible sources - internal & external
2. Creating JDs and documenting them post discussion with the Functional Lead
3. Popularizing the profile across platforms for internal and external applicants
4. Sourcing and reviewing applicants for interview and assessment
5. Understand and setting process of hiring as per the role
6. Arranging for interviews and assessments for all rounds
7. Interviewing candidates for HR assessment
8. Collecting documents and closing on offers of selected candidates
9. Keeping records of all offers and contracts for hiring
10. Making appointment letters, employee codes, joining announcement and arranging assets for the joiners
11. Arranging for trainings and meetings for their smooth onboaring
12. Creating a delight factor for on boarding of employees
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate or MBA in HR
2. Experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboading for 3-4 years
3. Apt in Stakeholder Management and Process Management
4. Excellent in written and verbal communication
5. Excellent in MS Office Skills
