Sr. Manager/AGM L&D

Job Role:

  1. Evaluate Individual and Organizational development needs
  2. Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  3. Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
  4. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
  5. Conduct follow up studies to evaluate and measure results
  6. Administers spending against the departmental budget
  7. Conducts annual training and development needs assessment
  8. Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
  9. Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts

Skill sets:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication
  2. Strong presentation skill
  3. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  4. Ability to design and implement effective training and development
