Business Development Manager, Personal & Home Care Ingredients

Designation: Business Development Manager, Personal and Home Care Ingredients (Techno Commercial/Sales)


  • Handle suppliers
  • Identify the gap in current portfolio and needs of the market as per the trend and liase with sourcing team to find the solution also rollout to the the market/customer to generate sales
  • Work closely with sales team to drive special projects
  • Identify untapped market opportunity and drive it from start to end commercialization
  • Work with the sales team to formulate strategy to position and sell the raw material from different supplier to the end market and achieve sales
  • Analyze market trends and on the same position raw material and target customer to drive sales
  • Prepare competition update
  • Reporting on monthly bases to supplier and keep them updated on projects and developments
  • Visit customer with sales team
  • Work with lab/innovation center to create concepts new ides using portfolio of raw material and then promote to customers
  • Manage the growth and development expectation of suppliers with providing them relevant market opportunity data

Experience and Requirement

  • At least 7 years of experience
  • B. Tech M.Tech Cosmetics, MBA or Pharma/Science background
