Digital Marketing Manager

1-2-Taste is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team, based in Chennai.

Goal of the role: To develop and execute the strategy using all digital channels to grow leads and generate sales for 1-2-Taste in Europe and India markets. Ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered consistently.

Key Result Areas:

  • Managing and growing a team of Digital Marketing Executives (which are implementing and managing strategies on a daily basis) according to 1-2-Taste business plan
  • Developing and executing digital campaigns (for Google (Search and Display Ads), LinkedIN / Facebook / Instagram, email (EDM), WhatsApp and SMS) with traffic and conversion goals as per 1-2-Taste business plan
  • Analysing campaign results for improving campaigns for meeting or exceeding 1-2-Taste business plan


  • Day-to-day management of the digital marketing team with active collaboration in managing all digital channels, creatives, developing and implementing 1-2-Taste’s digital strategies for Europe and India markets.
  • Develop and manage always-on and ad-hoc digital campaigns to achieve and exceed targets, to achieve maximum performance according to set budgets using paid digital channels best practices and strategies; using optimal campaign targeting and scheduling; adjusting bid strategy; testing and improving creatives, and more;
  • Collaborate on 1-2-Taste’s online and on-site content, by developing strategy and working with the team on implementation;
  • Feeding into the digital campaign strategy with recommendations to improve performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, test and make suggestions for new digital techniques that 1-2-Taste should consider adopting;


Education / Qualifications

  • Educated to bachelor degree level as a minimum. Ideally in Business, Marketing or Finance.
  • Ideally educated to master degree level but not mandatory


  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Interest in food (development)


  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficient and fluent in verbal and written English language.

Digital Platforms

  • Good working knowledge for 3-5 years minimum working with Google (Ads), Facebook / Instagram (Facebook Business Manager), LinkedIN, WhatsApp and SMS platforms
  • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in SEO basics
  • Desirable: Experience in a B2B environment
  • Desirable: Certifications on the digital platforms mentioned before


  • 3-5 years experience in leading a team

Analytics / Reporting

  • Proficient in retrieving, analysing, interpreting and reporting data
  • Desirable: Experience in data visualisation, dashboard configuration
