Coaching and mentoring

New roles and project assignments

To enhance your practical training, you will be enrolled onto formal learning courses specific to your area of expertise. They may include offsite or onsite learning, with accreditations at societies or qualifications, depending on your chosen discipline.

We are looking for ambitious students who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, and meet the following criteria:
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
You must have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20
