Group Product Manager - Partnership Integrations

The Group Product Manager (GPM) is to lead a product team who is responsible for partner integrations with strategic partners and other 3rd Party Providers. The GPM – Partnership Integration is accountable for providing leadership and supervision to team members while contributing to the product development by focusing on strategy and big-picture initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end holistic customer journey experience for partnership integrations and payments
  • Hire, mentor and lead a small product team to own the ongoing lifecycle of the product area from start to finish – research, concept, execute, measure and optimize
  • Serve as the authority throughout the organization to communicate roadmap progress, clarify expected product behaviors, and report out on product performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users and synthesize a wide array of data and research into a concise and compelling product vision
  • Leverage data to continuously recalibrate the product backlog, determine tradeoffs and drive scoping conversations
  • Establish credibility, prove accountability and partner effectively with various teams throughout the organization
  • Create, socialize, and maintain and assortment of documents including project brief, business case, detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, success metrics and beyond
  • Create and institute frameworks, processes and other workflows that maximize the efficiency of the product team

Performance Metrics

  • Actively participate in the annual planning process to define the scope of work.
  • Actively participate and lead in the quarterly planning process to determine quarterly initiatives, objectives and key results; and seek approval of plan by stakeholders.
  • Actively execute and deliver on annual and quarterly OKRs.
  • Effectively lead, manage and hold accountable team members who report to you to execute on the quarterly plans.
  • Be accountable for performance management of your team: conduct weekly check-ins, quarterly conversations and annual reviews with the objective of improving performance and focusing on career development of your team members.
  • Manage and lead stakeholder communication on a regular basis.
  • Individually lead, manage, and execute on product initiatives that align to the quarterly goals.
