LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - QUALITY (Hybrid/Onsite)

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Specialist, Quality Systems is responsible for supporting and expanding learning management programs as part of the Quality Systems department. This role includes conducting educational needs assessments and creating training content to meet identified needs; monitoring and reporting on program performance and effectiveness; delivering training as needed, and providing guidance and education to site subject matter experts to improve training content. This role also includes support for information management functions in the Quality Systems department.
This position partners with stakeholders and cross-functional teams within the organization to identify needs and opportunities for improvement and drive focus on customer success.
This position reports to the Supervisor of Quality Systems at the Northpointe facility and is responsible for activities supporting cGMP operations.
