The LX group is a crucial enterprise-focused organization that designs and supports ASU efforts to deliver innovative learning projects, at scale, across all modalities, and focused on ensuring greater inclusion and student success.
The Classroom Success Specialist will provide exceptional service and support for Learning Experience at the Polytechnic campus. This involves working closely with faculty and students to ensure that their teaching and learning experience exceeds expectations. Successful candidates will have demonstrative knowledge of technology trends and pedagogical practices in education, experience providing operational excellence, and a passion for customer service.

Essential Duties
Work hours are Tuesday – Saturday, First Shift
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in technology or related field AND two years of experience providing information technology services; OR Four years of experience providing information technology services; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. Certificates from recognized programs that indicate mastery of tools and techniques relevant to the assignment may substitute for up to six months of experience.
