An experienced Legal Billing Administrator is required to join a leading law firm based in their Leeds City Centre offices. The role is full time, permanent and hybrid working is offered – 3 days in the office and 2 days home working. Salary negotiable.

The firm have a global presence and have an established Finance department in Leeds. They work with a variety of leading Corporate and Commercial clients throughout the world.

Working as part of the Finance team in Leeds, the Legal Billing Administrator will take responsibility for legal billing admin and accounts tasks as well as being involved with data and audit projects. Typical duties will include; bill processing, disbursements, write offs, reversals, queries, enquiries, troubleshooting, audits, data management, projects and any other duties as required.

Ideally, we require an experienced Legal Biller or Legal Accounts Assistant for this role as you will need to have an understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and UK VAT regulations. Experience of the Elite system would be an advantage

The role will be full time (9am-5pm), permanent and working from the Leeds City Centre offices 3 days per week, and from home 2 days per week.
