What You Will Do as a Technical Services Manager

The job of Technical Services Compliance Manager reports to the Technical Services Director and is primarily responsible for achieving and maintaining product compliance to relevant industry standards as defined by the business.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Primary owner of domestic product certification for all Bulwark Protective Brands of apparel, specifically,: Annual recertifications, periodic file review, component recognition of fabrics receiving post-production finishing& other certification projects as assigned by management

  • Successfully resolve Variation Notices assigned by UL

  • Seek and maintain professional working relationships with personnel in merchandising and product development disciplines within Workwear Outfitters

  • Safeguard against lapses or oversights in product certifications

  • Work as part of a team to meet critical deadlines

  • Manage activities in accordance with practices adopted for ISO 9001 (operating procedures, record retention, KPIs, etc.)

Skills for Success
