Communication Specialist (f/m/div)

Responsibilities
Located in Infineon's Dublin Office, the candidate will work alongside the largest customer supply chain management team in Europe. This role has 3 separate components to it which focus on project management, communications and change management. The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective execution of Infineon Ireland projects and should incorporate their expertise in change management, communication, and organizational topics to develop our strategies across different levels of the organization.
Project office/management:
Act as a central point of contact for projects in Infineon Ireland;
Drive and lead project activities aligning with all key stakeholders;
Coordinate and collaborate in strategic and operational projects;
Keep a view of all project activities while maintaining and improving the project pipeline and reports;
Support meeting facilitation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, internal and external events (e.g. management meetings, customer meetings, workshops).
Communication:
Create concepts, structure and define the communication flow;
Support internal communication including, emails, speeches, internal presentations, videos, and intranet coordination;
Support in preparation of global customer communication ensuring the message for both internal and external counterparts is aligned (e.g. external customer presentations etc.) across all regions;
Act as an interface to the CLM organization and internal partner functions.
Change management:
Assist in the planning and implementation of change management initiatives;
Drive stakeholder management activities, implementing best communication methods and securing buy-in from all parties;
Consult within CLM to make communication more effective and engaging.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
At least a Bachelor degree in a business or related discipline;
1 to 3 years' experience in Project / Change Management and/or communications would be an advantage;
Experience with all Microsoft Office applications and is proficient with PowerPoint and Excel;
Experience with video editing software would be an advantage;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English;
Excellent relationship building skills;
A proactive approach with the ability to prioritize based on level of urgency;
Drive, creativity and is innovative;
A big picture mind-set while ensuring attention to detail at all times;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure projects, processes and communication flows;
The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
