Full time hourly staff should expect to work at the cash register serving guests, put together orders, complete designated cleaning tasks, and ensure positive guest experiences with every interaction.
Hold yourself to the highest standards of hospitality and service when dealing with staff and customers alike.
Be aware of menu changes, and inquire appropriately about ingredients, allergens, and flavor profiles.
Communicate with management regarding day-to-day issues as they arise, as well as providing feedback to management about customer interactions.
Maintain ultimate sanitary practices like frequent hand washing, washing utensils, properly FIFOing dairy and other perishables.
Restocking and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms for guests and staff.
Having a willingness to participate in maintaining excellent cleanliness of FILLS, regardless of whether the task is designated for FOH or BOH.
Needs to have a team-oriented mentality, and an ability to be friendly with all types of folks.
Willingness to train on any and all stations within FILLS is required! We like everyone to have a designated duty, but to be able to help anywhere in a crunch.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a positive attitude to encourage positive guest experience
Maintain a clean work station and overall cleanliness of FILLS
Counting the cash drawer at the beginning/end of the shift, and filling in information in an Excel Spreadsheet
Opening/Closing down FILLS based on the checklist provided
Willingness to train on burger station and filling donuts, no prior BOH experience required
At least 1 year in either a food service or retail environment
Preferred experience handling money within a restaurant
High school education
