FT/PT Kitchen Staff Needed

About Culmination Brewing:

Culmination Brewing is built around the idea that sustainable

products and customer satisfaction. Great beer, with good food and
community, can be brought together in one concept, under one roof.

We are looking for a team to kickstart our newly remodeled kitchen and
who are also excited about beer and food, and the harmonious
combination of both!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Chef

*Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ culinary experience in a
similar role
*Professionalism and strong work ethic
*Outstanding communication, leadership qualities, and problem-solving
skills
*Oversees activities of the kitchen staff and monitors food production
and presentation
*Must remain friendly and service oriented, even during times of long
lines and high traffic
*Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food orders, supervise food prep and
cooking by checking food plating, temperature, and portion sizes
*Promote all kitchen health and safety rules
*Possess strong conflict resolution skills

COMPENSATION $23-$25 DOE & a percentage of daily tip pool

Line Cook

*Ability to move quickly and work in a fast paced environment
*Possesses a positive and professional attitude and has a team player
philosophy
*Ensure that all plates presented are consistently prepared through
proper recipes and checklists
*Ability to follow instructions and handle constructive critiscm
*Multitask, work independently, and as part of a team
*Have a commitment to quality service and products

COMPENSATION $18-$20 DOE & a percentage of daily tip pool

Prep Cook

*Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to ensure smooth
service
*Communicates effectively to other team members of any out-of-stock
items or possible shortages
*Preps all food items for service
*Maintains sanitation standards by sanitizing prep areas before and after
use and makes sure that all critical equipment is kept clean
*Store food products in compliance with safety practices
*Safely uses kitchen equipment and keeps up equipment maintenance
*Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions,
including meeting productivity standards

COMPENSATION $18 & a percentage of daily tip pool
