We are looking to welcome a new team member to help drive, manage, and facilitate maintenance and improvement activities in the Engineering and Facilities departments and leverage your knowledge and expertise to integrate continuous improvement with the goal of industry best practices.
The role of the Maintenance Lead/Engineer is to build and integrate efficiencies by optimizing expenditures, technician/operator productivity, and equipment utilization through best practice planning and scheduling methods that ensure safe and reliable plant operation. The Maintenance Lead/Engineer will support PTx's maintenance and calibration management program via managing the CMMS/AMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System/Asset Management System) job plans and work schedules and performing administrative services needed to support the facilities operations department including calibration and maintenance functions. The role will require a strong and influential collaborator with all personnel to make sure work orders are completed as scheduled. The ideal candidate will also be assisting and supporting internal customers with the development and coordination of both planned and future work by: facilitating administration coordination activities, reviewing maintenance records, supporting enrollment of new assets, creating Job plan templates, events, and instrument data templates. The position is responsible for planning site shutdown activities as a primary contact to the shutdown project manager. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering Services.
