Campus Operations Coordinator (Immediate)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position: Campus Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Director of Campus Operations

Location: Central Office

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 based on years of experience and education

Status: Full time, exempt, in-person position

THE MUST HAVES

  • Ability to creatively, problem solve and adjust to unforeseen circumstances while still meeting operations deadlines
  • Ability to engage, communicate and influence a variety of stakeholders for the purpose of advancing operations goals
  • Strong attention to detail with a critical eye for systems implementation and evaluations of their efficiencies
  • Possesses a growth mindset, able to receive and implement coaching and participate as an active, support member of multiple campus teams to provide critical feedback regarding systems
  • Possesses a confidence and presentation that commands respect from students, families and staff

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support the management of campus inventories (e.g. student uniforms, student chromebook devices, staff work supplies)
  • Support in backfilling for the office manager in their absence
  • Support in liaising with DPS partners (facilities and food services) to coordinate lunch and transportation services as needed and directed by the campus Assistant Principal of Operations
  • Support as adjunct Site Tech Representative (STR) for testing events that require technology and ensure all students have functioning device during the entirety of testing
  • Other operational responsibilities that may include: budget, procurement, facilities, etc. as requested by the campus Assistant Principal of Operations in coordination with the SDCO

Additional Duties

  • Support in the management of end of year procurement as requested by the campus Assistant Principal of Operations in coordination with the SDCO

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (OR PREFERENCES WHERE NOTED)

  • At least 48 complete college credits
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • Spanish fluency (desirable)
