We are looking for a Healthcare-focused Training Specialist to collaborate with our core Americas Healthcare Business Units (across each of GLG's core Client segments) to support a culture of learning and contribute to the growth of content-focused knowledge.
Working closely with GLG's business leaders and fellow Americas Operations team members, the Healthcare Training Specialist will primarily be responsible for the close coaching of our healthcare-focused Senior Associates, a key frontline client-facing role, and the training of all Client Solutions healthcare professionals. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and facilitating healthcare content and servicing training sessions to upskill and continually educate all Client Solutions healthcare team members on core topics like the healthcare value chain, drug development, payment systems, and specific disease areas (among many other topics).
This position will require a highly proactive individual who thoroughly understands healthcare content and how to teach complex healthcare content to learners of all professional tenures. The individual must be willing to train on GLG workflow and systems, and should be able to teach to, and execute against, evolving team and business priorities.
