Sales Marketing Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate to join our Demand Generation team servicing law firm clients in the U.S. As a Sales Marketing Associate, you'll work as part of a larger sales team to create interest in GLG's law service offerings, to attract and retain clients, and drive revenue.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Performing A/B testing strategies and execution
  • Monitoring and optimizing email marketing campaigns and programs
  • Working within a team of business development professionals and collaborating with other departments to develop and enhance sales strategies
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree (required) with 0-1 year of marketing experience
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to work
  • Data and results-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams
  • Basic understanding of CRM/sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft
