Parts and Service Coordinator-Writer

Bobcat of Ottawa Valley is currently looking for a Service Writer and Parts assistant coordinator to provide the desired customer service experience.

Duties and Responsabilities for Service Writer and Coordinator:
Assignment and management of tasks to mechanics
Opening and closing work orders
Daily verification and billing labour
Follow up with customers for updates on repair status
Sale of pars and services
Manage field modification
Manage mobile service calls
Warranty claims (Bobcat and Huskvarna)
First line on service phone calls
Talk to customer for Service info and updates
Invoicing and proceeding payment
Assist the service manager in Casselman
Bobcat and Huskvarna catalogue
Report to management all incidents and issues
Bobcat University bronze and silver within 3 months (online) and others thereafter

Duties and Responsabilities for Parts assiatant Coordinator:

Respond to customer needs, in person and over the phone
Communicate and serve effectively not only with clients, but also with colleagues and management
Perform invoicing
Preparation and sale of parts
Pick up phone as back up
Invoicing- proceeding and Billing
Knowing Bobcat and Husquvarna catalogue
Report to management all incidents issues
All tasks related with parts
Follow up
Use various software
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Rental and Accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Solve problems in a timely fashion


Good verbal and written communication skills (bilingual, English and French asset)
Work with a computer
Provide impeccable customer service
Problem solving skills
Efficiency and organization
Teamwork skills
Ability to establish and manage priorities
Mastery of MS Office applications, messaging and enterprise systems
Able to learn the software designated by the company within a reasonable time
Help to maintain a clean showroom
Ability to work in fast pace environment
