Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2years of experience as a cook in an upscale, high volume environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Solid cooking and knife technique and ability to manage high volume services
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities
Food preparation and prep recipe execution
Completing nightly orders
Assign and confirm completion of prep and cleaning duties to BOH employees
Teaching and mentoring BOH staff
Performing other work related duties as assigned
Being the chefs eyes and ears when they are not in the kitchen
Assisting with the creation of specials and new menu items
