The Talent Acquisition & Growth team takes the lead on the co-creation, design, and development of strategies to achieve that vision. Through innovation and experimentation, the team develops and implements methodologies for the people, processes, and systems necessary to attract, engage, recruit, and nurture new advisors.
As a Recruitment Marketing Consultant, you will take both a lead and partnership role on a range of strategic initiatives, programs, and efforts aimed at attracting diverse and qualified talent for the financial representative role and financial representative internship. Key strategies will be developed based on analytics and insights, and are measured by recruiting, diversity, productivity, and retention.
Support recruitment brand & marketing strategy to drive acquisition of full-time and intern candidates
Lead messaging approach and application of the career value proposition through full cycle candidate experience
Creates full-funnel nurture streams, tracks metrics, and makes optimizations to marketing tactics and content in the recruiting process
Develops content to build brand affinity, create career awareness, and drive acquisition of candidates
Supports diversity & inclusion strategy through partnerships, content, and activation
Partner with diversity & inclusion team to incorporate best practices for attracting, selecting, and developing under-represented talent into new or existing processes and tools
Leads execution of recruiting events, programs, and partnerships with the Campus Program and New Rep Growth & Development teams
Manages employee advocacy campaigns to help drive awareness of the talent brand and acquisition of core targets
Oversees talent brand presence and responsible for making recommendations on how to improve presence to attract top talent
Responsible for writing creative briefs and developing on-brand creative from concept to completion
Serves as liaison to the brand team to ensure our messaging approach is aligned
Manages reporting and performance across candidate experience and employee advocacy
Minimum of 5 years professional experience with 3+ years of experience in marketing/communications, and/or 3+ years in talent acquisition
Demonstrated ability to identify or anticipate future trends and lead the necessary change management
Ability to create, innovate, consult, market, and implement
Proven ability to influence change through others
Ability to travel 15% of the time, (U.S. only)
