The Customer Service Agent (CSA) provides support to the Account
Manager (AM) or Senior Account Manager (SAM) by performing
administrative functions on assigned Commercial Lines accounts
following agency procedures. The CSA works directly with the AM and
SAM in the handling of new accounts and servicing of existing
Commercial Line accounts.

* High School Diploma or equivalent
License or
Certifications:
* P&C license obtained upon hire
Additional Information:
* Ability to obtain Property and
casualty license
* Willingness to pursue continuing education,
i.e....INS, CISR, ACSR, etc.
* Good organizational, verbal and
written communication skills necessary
* Ability to utilize
computer programs and understand functionality
* Basic computer
and word processing skills required
* Basic knowledge of standard
billing and invoicing practices
* Ability to maintain a positive
attitude, express enthusiasm and be flexible
* Ability to work
independently or as part of a team
* Appropriately attired for
professional office environment
* Maintains a professional,
helpful and courteous demeanor with clients, carrier personnel, and
agency personnel.
