22nd Judicial Circuit, City of St. Louis, is soliciting candidates for Probate Commissioner. The Court en banc will make the appointment for a term of 4 years. Annual salary $149,723, payable by the State of Missouri. Missouri law requires the Probate Commissioner to possess the same qualifications as a circuit judge, including those set forth in the Missouri Constitution, Article V, Section 21, to wit, they must be qualified voters of the state for the three years preceding their selection, residents of the City of St. Louis, Missouri for at least one year, at least thirty years old, licensed to practice law in Missouri; and possess all other qualifications as required by law. (See Chapter 487 R.S. Mo.). Candidates shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in probate law.
