SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Human Resources Department seeks candidates for the position of Sr. Customer Service Representative (Sr. CSR). This position is the first point of contact in the Human Resources Office and serves as reception for the department. The position is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to City of Worcester employees, retirees, residents, and constituents. Under the general direction of the Benefits Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Sr. CSR processes City of Worcester employee benefits and provides information related to employment matters in person, by phone, and/or through email. The Sr. CSR also handles general administrative and clerical functions for the department. This position requires after hours work during open enrollment period(s).

SALARY RANGE: $18.79 - $23.52 hourly, full-time, with an excellent benefits package.
