Project Lead

Reporting to the Director of R.I.S.Q.U.E., the Project Lead is responsible for reviewing inventory and staffing requirements in accordance with Client’s/Companies strategies and mandates.

RISQUE- Reporting, Inspection, Safety, Quality and Efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report the statistics for ranking clients
  • Generate and analyse internal statistics for tracking progress over market shares
  • Review client specific work standards and procedures to ensure all requirements are met
  • Perform client and collector audits based on pre-established client standards and work plans
  • Track inventory to ensure its allocation
  • Develop Processes and Procedures based on internal/external audits

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, an asset;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the Collection industry
  • Must have working knowledge of cubs, asset, and DRS and be able to comfortably report from all platforms
  • Proficient-Proven Excel/Word Document skills
  • Superior analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Exercise sound judgment
  • Demonstrate a disciplined approach to work
  • Need to be punctual and timely on a daily basis
  • Bilingual French/English an asset but not required
