The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of ServiceMax's integrated campaigns and ABX programs to targeted, ideal customer profile segments that will discover demand, create pipeline and increase pipeline velocity. This person will collaborate closely with digital marketing, field marketing, product marketing, sales and SDRs. We are looking for a person with a track record of executing effective multi-channel programs, establishing new partnerships, and creating demand and growth. This person is highly collaborative, with experience planning, and managing large-scale B2B campaigns and virtual events to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.

We are seeking a technology enthusiast, willing to try new things and someone who can pivot quickly when business priorities change. A high-energy, self-starting performer who stays on top of what needs to get done and motivates others to achieve execution and success is an ideal candidate.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive buyer engagement, account opportunities, and revenue growth, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Drive programs to support demand creation, ABX, pipeline acceleration, and revenue generation programs for a global market.
  • Own campaign execution plans with support from web, digital, design, and field marketing teams; drive and support digital and demand tactics and programs including but not limited to content, websites, email nurture, and paid media.
  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing internal partners, timelines, and processes.
  • Partner with sales team to ensure quality lead delivery, proper follow-up, and outbound account engagement according to established SLAs.
  • Establish new campaigns while analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing programs.
  • Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance.
  • Help build and maintain multi-part email nurture campaigns, personalized to different segments to educate contacts within target accounts and move them through the funnel to convert.
  • Develop and launch A/B tests to improve the performance of our website and demand-gen campaigns' KPIs, including conversion rates, click-through rates, open rates, and more.
  • Track, report, and analyze results of campaigns, website, content, and email KPIs
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to support and improve content effectiveness and influence pipeline across stages of the marketing funnel
  • Coordinate CRM and marketing automation processes and align with demand generation strategy to optimize digital marketing activities
  • Identify trends and opportunities and make recommendations for further improvement

What You Bring to ServiceMax:

  • Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience, or related, in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing marketing campaigns to boost primary KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience with a modern marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Content Engagement Platforms, website experience tools, and website chatbot tools
  • Demonstrated ability to understand buyer journey stages and audience personas to effectively increase account engagement and move target accounts through the funnel.
  • Ability to think analytically to set and exceed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable communicating internally and externally daily, and in any medium (phone, video, email, direct messaging), to facilitate successful work projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
