Manager, Client Strategy & Insights (Core)
The Manager position is part of the Client Strategy & Insights (CSI) team and broader Sales Strategy team. The Client Strategy & Insights team which is on the leading edge of client investment & performance optimization for Indeed Sales.
As a Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Specialist & Senior Specialists, who are aligned to Indeed's Core accounts, and are tasked with supporting these companies to make their next great hires through Indeed.
You are a people first leader who is obsessed over Indeed customers & ensuring they get the most value out of Indeed's products. You have a strong sense of the day-to-day needs and function of individual contributors & can coach on the analysis & narratives delivered. You don't believe in doing things the same way they've always been done-you recognize opportunity for change & lead with empathy & transparency. In an ever-evolving landscape with shifting priorities, you're persistent & proactive in identifying new ways to elevate and grow your team while building bridges & partnerships across the business.
Directly manage 5+ specialists & senior specialists; including development & performance management
Coaches on client facing reporting & analysis that clearly establishes value of indeed products
Be the subject matter expert on an aligned sales market or segment
Establish & maintain key sales stakeholder relationships through monthly business reviews
Capacity plan with objective team productivity data
Contribute to designing and implementing quarterly & yearly OKRs
Resource plan & invest in process & infrastructure enhancements to accelerate team productivity
Contribute to shaping department-wide initiatives powering broad business objectives
Who You Are
+3 years of direct people management experience in a sales support driven environment
+3 years experience in employee coaching, training, onboarding & performance management
Excellent time management, negotiation and customer service skills
Strong aptitude for experimental design & business planning
Advanced communication skills with the ability to prepare & present strategic service model recommendations to stakeholders
Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent) + MS Office
Strong deductive reasoning, problem solving, and project management skills
Excellent stakeholder management style with 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 85,000 - 115,000 EUR per year
