Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building the SaaS subscriber pipeline in existing markets by attracting and qualifying prospects as well as handling the entire inside sales process from proposal to close. You will lead the preparation and execution of both virtual and in-person conferences, and webinars to promote SaaS offerings and cultivate leads. You will directly impact the growth of our business by generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build and increase our customer base. Responsibilities:
  • Support the outreach, sales, and marketing of providers across the state of Florida (initially)
  • Conduct webinars to promote Audacious services
  • Attend conferences to represent Audacious and to recruit new participants
  • Manage event calendar and support event logistics
  • Maintain account and contact records in Salesforce
  • Support customer communications
  • Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close
  • Reach or exceed sales quotas
  • Offer a strategic approach to territory planning, account planning, and the pre-discovery/qualification stage
  • Engage with prospects in your assigned territory (state of Florida) to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities
  • Track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers
  • Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions
  • Contribute to booking and revenue targets
  • Serve as the first point of contact with our prospects, giving us the opportunity to establish a positive relationship and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related sales experience
  • Strong presentation phone skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to set and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and other software applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar contact relationship management systems is preferred
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional and diverse group
