Finance Manager

Founded in 2005 by supply chain risk management expert Jennifer Bisceglie, we have grown into the largest and most influential player in the emerging operational resilience space. The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to be part of Interos' Finance & Operations team, to help build the analytical engine of the company and to accelerate success of Interos, a high-growth female-led unicorn. This position will manage the company's topline planning, forecast & reporting processes and will play a key role in supporting Interos' growth strategy. We are looking for a self-starter, who can manage multiple competing priorities and is comfortable working across multiple data sources. Strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, and an aptitude for technology will be important for the success in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working enterprise SaaS metrics, strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions/duties:

  • Own revenue forecasting, reporting, and tracking of the key performance indicators.
  • Manage incentive compensation process, assist in implementation of Xactly (incentive compensation management software).
  • Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to analyze financial data, make recommendations, and create financial models for decision support.
  • Understand and synthesize key data to enable decision making, identify and summarize the key informational gaps.
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
  • Be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to the evolving landscape of Interos' financial priorities and requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field and 5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.
  • Proven experience with creating and running complex financial models.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, and Xactly (or similar compensation management software)
  • Advanced analytical and business sense and a keen attention to detail.
  • Possess a proven track record or professional success; industry experience in finance, strategy, operations, or consulting in the technology/SaaS industry preferred.
