Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II (TAS) is responsible for working with their respective hiring managers to assess current and planned talent needs and to present candidates slates that are qualified, diverse, and aligned with CRS mission and values. The TA Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a large network of current and potential candidates for key positions and for working collaboratively with other specialists, ensuring CRS can identify and secure high performing / high potential staff.
You'll join a highly collaborative, team of seasoned recruiters who are passionate about contributing to CRS's global mission. We support one another and know how to have fun.
