Advisor II, FMRT

Description

About CRS:

Catholic Relief Services carries out the commitment of the Bishops
of the United States to assist the poor and vulnerable overseas. Our Catholic
identity is at the heart of our mission and operations. We welcome as a part of
our staff and as partners people of all faiths and secular traditions who share
our values and our commitment to serving those in need.

Background:

CRS
field programs occasionally experience gaps in senior management staffing, due
to staff transitions, vacations, surge needs, etc. Those gaps can significantly
constrain CRS' ability to respond to the needs of the most marginal. In addition, failure to fill gaps can lead to
current staff being overextended. For these reasons, the Field Management
Response Team (FMRT) was created as an innovative and responsive solution to
filling critical short term (anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months) staffing gaps
in CRS field programs.

CRS
