Manager of Business Development - EMS

About the roleESO is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to provide leadership, expertise and support for the sales organization around our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Quality Management, Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Asset Management and Checklist products. The ideal candidate will represent ESO and these products in sales demonstrations, at tradeshows, in client meetings, at user conferences and other venues.
Here's what you'll be expected to do:* Clearly articulate ESO's vision for the industries we serve both internally and externally.* Effectively demonstrate ESO products to prospects both in-person and via webinar. * Provide training and "the Why" behind ESO's products to sales and all other areas of the organization.* Manage the "Demo Excellence" program around the products you represent.* Collaborate closely with Bus Dev, Product, and Marketing teams to make sure we are meeting customer and prospect needs. * Travel to events, tradeshows and prospect meetings to represent "your" products. * Help create sales enablement resources for the sales team.
Here's what you'll need to apply:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the EMS and Fire industry* Previous experience using or selling ESO applications* Passion for ESO products and the customers we serve* In-depth knowledge of how the industry uses our products and the value they offer* Strong communication skills and fearless attitude to ensure alignment across all departments, including executives, product, sales and marketing. * Ability to maintain composure and performance in a fast-paced environment.
