Position Highlights:

  • Manage the referral and authorization process for any child covered by a commercial insurance policy who needs our care.
  • Help assess/qualify the referral & obtain any necessary authorizations from their commercial insurance company.
  • Assist with identifying performance improvement processes so we can be even more efficient & treat even more patients – the need is great out there! Help us help children get the services they need.
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of Circle of Care
  • Display passion and optimism; inspire respect and trust and provide vision and inspiration to your peers.
  • Demonstrate confidence in yourself and others and motivate others on your Team to perform well
  • Participate in daily Team huddles to ensure everyone has everything they need and communication is optimal.
  • Interact with points of contact throughout the commercial insurance companies we have contracts with to facilitate the authorization process in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other providers to gather necessary information for the patient to obtain proper services
  • Communicate & work in partnership with our therapy staff in the field to obtain & provide necessary information to care for our patients
  • Help to maintain all tracking tools and produce reports, as necessary.
