Financial Reporting Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting tasks and financial close activities, including account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, and other analysis of financial information
  • Apply principles of accounting to assist in the preparation of consolidated internal and external financial statements and related supporting schedules by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from various functional departments
  • Provide support in the preparation of all required filings with the SEC (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) and other statutory reporting requirements
  • Assist with other accounting functions, as needed
  • Provide support in the administration of the Company's share-based awards and equity plans
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies and interact directly with internal and external auditors, as needed, including support of the Company's quarterly review and annual audits
  • Assistance with maintenance of certain master data and chart of accounts within the Company's accounting system
  • Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, currency translation, and other transactions with foreign subsidiaries
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, or other projects, as needed
Education: Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required in finance, accounting, or similar field of study



  • 2+ years of general accounting.
  • Current or prospective CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
  • Current or prospective CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of accounting best practices and GAAP
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
  • Adaptable and ability to take on assignments outside of normal job duties
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Teamwork oriented with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to interact with all levels and departments within the organization
  • Highly motivated, results-driven professional with strong time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across multiple teams (verbal and written) under both a virtual and in-person setting

The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, and maintaining financial information, including records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, or other financial activities in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures. The Financial Reporting Accountant will also be responsible for assistance with the timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting, including related supporting disclosure schedules and footnotes.
