Field Sales Relationship Administrator

Position Summary

The Field Sales Relationship Administrator is responsible for onboarding and building a corporate relationship with new facilities/instructors through exceptional service and individualized attention to detail. This role ensures that facility instructors and partners are provided with all the materials and information needed to generate revenue for U.S. LawShield. The Field Sales Relationship Administrator is dedicated to ensuring a successful partnership between the facility/instructor and U.S. LawShield.


  • Contact all new facilities and instructors and assist with onboarding tasks such as Welcome calls and email communications
  • Maintain productive relationships with company partners to ensure company growth
  • Identify and report issues with instructors/facilities
  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Identify daily tasks which are completed, overdue, and rescheduled
  • Generate reporting on a daily and periodic basis for U.S. LawShield management or employees
  • Keep detailed and organized records of facility/instructor activities in Salesforce
  • Continuously look to integrate process improvements and report to leadership on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Verify and track activities with updates to better understand the individual and unique needs that each facility/instructor requires
  • Maintain facility/instructor accounts and contact sales team account owners or other corporate departments if issues arise
  • Understand U.S. LawShield products and services
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and teams including Sales and Events
  • Ability to track the progress of multiple projects at one time and ensure tasks are completed by multiple departments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2 years in a Customer Services/Sales/Partner relations position
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced business environment preferred
  • High School diploma required; Associates Degree or some college preferred
